WHY FERMENTED FOODS ?
We are a colony of bacteria ... there are 10 times more Bacteria in our bodies and cells, than the number of cells. These Bacteria are all doing their little (or big) bit to make us function as 'Human Beings'. Yet, our society has led us to believe that all bacteria are EVIL. We are constantly killing off these little friends at a rate of knots. In order to get healthy once again, we need to build up our bacteria and restore the bacterial balance in our bodies. The best way is to daily eat and drink fermented foods ... this will provide our bodies with a huge assortment of beneficial bacteria.
My grandmother would preserve foods by fermentation. This used to be the way our ancestors stored foods during the winter months when there was not much fresh vegetables around. We have, to our own disadvantage, forgotten how to do this very simple, health promoting, task.

We all know that we are what we eat. However, it does not help to enjoy the best foods but not be able to digest and/or absorb it. Then we are wasting. We also know that the immune system and one’s overall health is dependent on the health of our gut.
There is a place for expensive stool tests and individualized probiotics treatment protocols in a bottle. But why don’t you first do your part in restoring your gut with the correct Go Natural diet and life style?
My own and other customers’ experience is that it is far better to use probiotic rich foods regularly. In most cases, this resolves the problem. If there are still unresolved gut issues, one can revert to tests and individualized gut restorative protocols.
So, what I am saying is not that a once off probiotic treatment will necessarily restore the health of your gut, but that the solution is not in one event, but in a habit. Daily our family enjoys homemade unpasteurized sauerkraut and kefir that works wonders! These are skills and practices that we all should master and implement in our daily routine.
We really need to help restore the Healthy Gut bacteria which are continually being destroyed by toxins fatal to bacteria....for example Anti-Biotic medication, Glyphosate found in the herbicide Roundup, bactericides used liberally in our homes. Anti-bacteria soaps, mouthwashes etc.
