THE LIVER CLEANSE
YOU WILL NEED
6 X 1 litre organic apple juice
4 X Table spoons Epsom salts
1/2 cup cold pressed olive oil
2/3 cup squeezed Fresh grapefruit (pink is best)
Black walnut hull tincture (or 2 - 3 cloves)
For 6 days drink 1 litre Apple Juice, this softens the stones and makes their passage through the bile ducts easier.
Drink the juice between meals not at meals and not in evening.
Eat normal light Vegetarian meals, Progressively cut out coffee, tea and dairy.
ON 6TH DAY
Eat light breakfast like porridge but NO Dairy or eggs
Drink your apple juice
Lunch .. eat cooked veges and rice (NO protein or butter or oil)
FROM 2 P.M.
DON'T DRINK OR EAT ANYTHING (except water)
AT 6 P.M.
Mix 4 Tbsp EPSOM SALTS in 3 cups water (This make 4 servings of 3/4 cup each)
DRINK FIRST PORTION NOW
DRINK SECOND PORTION EPSOM SALTS
AT 9.30 P.M. (Hopefully you will be having bowel movements ) If you have not , then take a water enema ... this will trigger a series of bowel movements!!
SQUEEZE the GRAPEFRUIT juice. Pour 3/4 cup of grapefruit juice plus 1/2 cup OLIVE OIL into a jar. Add Walnut tincture 10 drops. Put lid on jar and shake well until watery. Go to toilet again if possible.
AT 10 P.M.
STAND (do not sit down) next to your bed and DRINK the concoction, all down. If you had no walnut tincture, chew 3 CLOVES.
IMMEDIATELY LIE DOWN .... Turn off lights and lie flat on your back with your head high up on 2 pillows..... Keep perfectly STILL for 20- minutes ....this is necessary to release the gall stones.. GO TO SLEEP
You may feel a bit of discomfort and or nausea ......
THE NEXT MORNING
6 - 6.30 A.M.
DRINK YOUR 3RD DOSE EPSOM SALTS. Go back to bed but SIT UP and meditate ..if you are thristy you can drink water too.
8 - 8.30 A.M.
DRINK LAST EPSOM SALTS and take it easy
You should be passing out gallstone from now (if not before) ... they are green, or pale brown and float on the water mostly)
drink freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 hour later eat 1 or 2 pieces of fruit
1 hour later you can have a light lunch.
